Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Axis Infrastructure LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Authority Verification Engine website, public PMD demo, and related workspace features.
1. What We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact information you submit through forms, including name, email address, and organization details.
- Account information if you create an account, including login credentials and organization information.
- Billing information handled through Stripe if you purchase a paid plan.
- Verification inputs you submit through the workspace, such as confirmed text excerpts, structured factor entries, dates, and case labels.
Public Demo
The public PMD demo is a synthetic sample case. It is intended to be used without patient data. Do not submit patient-identifiable information through the public demo.
Technical and Usage Information
- Basic request and device metadata such as IP address, timestamps, and browser request information.
- Session information needed to keep you signed in.
- Usage records needed to operate preview limits, troubleshoot issues, and understand service usage.
2. How the PMD Workspace Handles Data
In the PMD workflow, the evidence scan runs in the browser. During that step, the PDFs remain on the device.
When you run verification, the service sends the confirmed text excerpts and structured inputs needed for the verification workflow to the server. The server uses that data to generate findings, reports, and downloadable artifacts.
3. Public Demo Retention
For the public PMD try page, generated preview state and report output are stored temporarily so the result can load, be refreshed, and be downloaded. That temporary preview data is typically retained for up to one hour and is then deleted automatically.
4. Account and Workspace Retention
If you use account-based features, we may retain account records, organization records, saved case data, and generated reports as needed to provide the service, support your workflow, and administer billing or pilot access.
We also retain operational logs, security records, and limited usage records as needed to maintain the service, enforce limits, and investigate abuse or failures.
5. Cookies and Session Data
We use cookies and similar session mechanisms to keep users signed in and to support core site behavior. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or consumer ad-tech trackers on the workspace.
6. How We Use Information
- Operate the website, public demo, and workspace.
- Run documentation verification and generate reports.
- Manage accounts, pilots, subscriptions, and support requests.
- Protect the service, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Communicate with you about the service, your account, or requested contact.
7. Third-Party Providers
We use third-party providers where needed to operate the service. These may include:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the application.
- OpenAI for limited verification-related model processing where applicable.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- SendGrid or similar providers for transactional email.
We do not use your submitted content to train our own models. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and policies.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or submitted verification content. We share data only as needed to operate the service, process payments, deliver communications, comply with law, protect the service, or complete a business transfer.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service and the data we process, including HTTPS, session controls, access restrictions, and operational safeguards. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
10. Health Information Notice
The public PMD demo is not intended for patient-identifiable information. If you are evaluating the service for real workflow use, contact us before using live patient data so data-handling expectations can be scoped appropriately.
11. Your Choices
- You can choose not to use the public demo or create an account.
- You can contact us to ask about deleting account or contact information we control.
- You can stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
