What coverage verification changes.
Complete LCD L33789 verification. Clinical documentation, order and delivery timing, supplier requirements. Each factor checked with page references.
LCD coverage factor verification is still a manual process at most DME suppliers. Billing tools check codes. This checks whether the F2F, WOPD, and home assessment satisfy every LCD coverage factor.
Run every PMD case through LCD verification before submission. Know which cases are documentation-ready and which need strengthening before the claim goes to the DME MAC.

Common questions.
What happens during the pilot?
The pilot is a paid 30-day design-partner engagement. It includes onboarding, up to 20 de-identified PMD cases, and weekly check-ins with me directly. The goal is to see whether the workflow materially improves first-pass review speed and gap specificity on real packet work.
What does the workspace cover?
The DME workspace covers 11 LCD L33789 coverage factors for power mobility devices: mobility limitation, device justification, F2F timing, WOPD 7-element check, order forwarding, delivery timing, home assessment, and supplier requirements. Additional equipment categories coming soon.
Does the Evidence Locator upload my documents?
No. The Evidence Locator runs entirely in your browser using pdf.js. The medical record PDF never leaves your machine and is never uploaded to any server. When you submit the coverage check, only the text descriptions you confirmed are sent for policy verification.
How is data handled?
In the PMD workflow, the evidence scan runs in the browser. When you run verification, confirmed text excerpts and structured inputs are sent to the server to generate the report. Public demo preview output is stored temporarily so the result can load and download. See the Privacy Policy for the current data-handling details.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
At the end of the 30 days, we review whether the workflow was useful in your real process. If you continue, $1,000 of the pilot fee is credited toward month one. If it did not prove value, the pilot ends there.
Start with a paid pilot. Move into production if it earns it.
30 days, onboarding, up to 20 PMD cases, and weekly check-ins. If the workflow proves useful, $1,000 comes off month one.
